Terms of Service

1. Jack Laptop Enterprises Ltd will not be liable for any data loss before, after, or during service. It is customers' responsibility to protect and back up all the software and data that are stored on your computer's hard disk and/or on any other storage devices you may have.

2. Some problems may not be restored to its original status during repair process.

3. All hardware repair services done by Jack Laptop have a 30-day warranty, except services for Software problems. There is no warranty for software services like virus, spyware, adware or malware removal.

4. All clients' laptops which are not picked up after 30 days without any customers' notification will be recycled or turned into a property of Jack Laptop Enterprises Ltd.

5. If customers has agreed on the repair service but later change their mind after we have started our repair, no longer require our service, $40 diagnostic fee will be charged.

6. We also provide an express repair service for additional $30 where the customer could get the repair done and collect back the laptop on the same day.

7. The quote we give to customers does not include taxes.
